  • have team management skills, understanding and use of Agile project management methods
  • has experience incollection and formalization of business requirements
  • can prioritize tasks and build a work plan according to priorities
  • you have knowledge of the basics of effective communication and the ability to apply them in practice
  • ready to respond constructively to problems and find ways to solve them
  • have experience with Jira/Confluence or similar
  • ready to work in the office.

    • What will you work on?

    • you will manage relationships with cross-teams (IT/business/e-com/marketing, etc.) in order to formulate and define requirements
    • you will manage the team within the projectin. Control the distribution and execution of tasks in the team. coordinate its main stages
    • monitor the implementation of the plan, compliance with deadlines and updating
    • you will organize and conduct team meetings< /li>
    • work on continuous process improvement together with the team.
