Project Manager (International Delivery Unit MOU) in Ofis efektivnogo regulyuvannya (BRDO)

The position involves work at the Investment Support Office of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine in the implementation of international cooperation with partner countries of Ukraine. Our main goal is to increase investment in OPC. Our key value is to work for results. Our mission is to create transparent, structured and investment-attractive mechanisms in the defense sector, promote the development of the defense-industrial complex, scale up production and strengthen the country's defense capabilities.

Main functions:

• Management of international cooperation projects within the framework of involvement investments in support of the defense industry of Ukraine.
• Ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensuring timely completion of tasks for project implementation by internal and external stakeholders.
• Interaction and coordination of actions with representatives of central executive authorities in work on projects.
• Development of project implementation plans, monitoring of implementation and timely correction. Development of policies for financing programs and attracting investments to support the defense industry of Ukraine. Formation of regular reports on the status of projects for management. Formation of tactical decisions within the framework of project implementation based on data analysis. Basic requirements:
  • Higher education.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Structural thinking, attention to details, proactivity, stress resistance, result-oriented, analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team.
  • Willingness to be involved in defense projects in international sphere.
  • Willingness to find solutions for complex tasks.
  • Experience in defense projects will be an advantage.
