Role in the company

The head of the design department will be responsible for organizing and managing all project work of the company, ensuring timely and high-quality implementation of projects, as well as building an effective project management system.

This position involves active participation in the strategic development of the company, control over technical solutions, optimization of design processes and the implementation of modern standards and methods in the work of the department.

The chief engineer will be a key partner of the management in determining the technical priorities of the company and ensuring high quality and efficiency in the implementation of construction projects.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

FUNCTIONAL DUTIES:

• Supporting the customer in the development and correction of project documentation, as well as during examination.
• Preparation and provision to the customer initial data for design.
• Participation in the process of correction of projects and ensuring their successful examination.
• Participation in the development of IRECN for inclusion in construction projects.
• Organization of preparation of PVR and POB.
• Maintenance of registers project documentation and control of its relevance.
• Interaction with all key participants in the process: customers, experts, designers, economic analysis department, legal department, construction preparation department, estimating department, VTV department and construction participants.
