• Has developed management, analytical and communication skills, able to quickly adapt to new challenges.
• Has a deep understanding of the work of government agencies and the specifics of the defense sector.
• Able to work with large amounts of information and provide clear and reasonable recommendations.
• Has at least 3 years of experience in managerial positions in the government, in the state. service, in business associations, large national or international companies or NGOs.
