The National Committee of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine (CRCS) announces a competition for the position of Leading specialist in social services.

The Red Cross Society of Ukraine is the largest humanitarian organization that is one of the first to respond to emergency situations and helps those who need it most.

Main responsibilities:

Methodical and expert support:

• Formation and standardization of social service packages.
• Development/updation of standards and SOP.
• Preparation of proposals and administration of pilot projects.
• Participation in national/regional events.

Analysis of needs and generalization of experience:

• Analysis of community needs assessment results.
• Generalization of practices, challenges and needs.
• Preparation of analytical materials for national planning.

Project and grant support:

• Monitoring of grant opportunities.
• Expert revision of applications and budgets.
• Support in the preparation of reports.

Communication and representation:

• Preparation of presentation and analytical materials.
• Interaction with donors and partners.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in the field of social policy, development of social services, support of programs and projects in the provision of social services from 3 years
• Experience in developing standard operating procedures
• Experience in working with grant and donor programs
• Experience in working with local self-government bodies and understanding their processes (budgeting, procurement, administration)
• Experience in volunteering or working in the humanitarian, social sphere
