Project manager in the field of electronic communications (public sector) in talentC

We are currently looking for a Project Manager in the field of electronic communications (public sector) for our partner. The position involves the planning, coordination and implementation of projects of the department responsible for the development of mobile and fixed communications, effective interaction with external partners, as well as monitoring compliance with deadlines, resources and standards, as well as uninterrupted execution of tasks within projects.

Requirements:

- project management experience,

- understanding of the construction and modernization of mobile and fixed networks will be an advantage,

- ability to organize the work of a team at the same time,

- teaches you to quickly react to changes, assess risks and propose solutions that allow projects to move on schedule.

Key functional responsibilities:

- Development and implementation of regulations, procedures and internal instructions on simplifying the construction and modernization of mobile and fixed networks.

- Ensuring stable operation of networks during emergency situations, blackouts and other force majeure.

- Cooperation with providers and operators for the implementation of projects in the field of electronic communications.

- Monitoring of the implementation of projects, analysis of problems and proposals for their elimination.

- Preparation of regular reports for management on the status of projects, risks, achievements and resource needs.

Professional competences:

- Skills of planning, monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of projects.

- High level of communication and interregional skills interactions.

- Proactivity, analytical thinking and the ability to make decisions in stressful situations.

- Attention to details and the ability to control several processes at the same time.

- The desire to develop technological skills in the field of electronic of communications

- Project management experience in the telecommunications or IT sphere - will be an advantage.

- Knowledge of mobile and fixed networks will be an advantage (4G/5G, LTE, fiber optic) -will be an advantage.

- Experience in the development of regulatory legal acts - will be an advantage.
