General objectives:

Your main responsibilities will be:
Program and team management
- Coordinate, plan and monitor the work of the emergency humanitarian response team to implement all relevant project activities, including unified monetary aid, distribution of non-food goods and cash assistance for wintering.
- Interact and coordinate activities with authorities, national and international organizations.
- Ensure the highest quality of sectoral interventions and coherence between all current and planned projects in accordance with the overall strategy.
- Provide leadership in the implementation of programs in terms of quality and timeliness, preparation of narrative and implementation financial reporting, close cooperation with donors, government partners and coordination mechanisms on the ground, as well as synergies with other DRB programs.
- Develop and formalize project-related operational tools and training modules.
- Contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual donor reports.
- Perform overall budget monitoring, financial management and cost control of program activities in compliance minimum requirements of the DRB and donors.
Program development and strategy
- Represent the DRB and actively participate in sectoral and relevant sub-sectoral working groups.
- Ensure the exchange of knowledge between teams and the use of monitoring and evaluation results to improve programs.
- Contribute to the development and expansion of relevant programs inwithin the framework of the program goals of the DRB and contribute to the formation of the national strategy.
Accountability and reporting
- Guided by the Program Guide of the DRB, constantly monitor and develop accountability initiatives within projects, as well as strengthen the documentation of the impact of activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external reporting requirements, including procurement.
- Develop tools and processes for gathering, disseminating and leveraging lessons learned and best practices to improve program quality.
Human resources management
- Recruitment and line management of project staff.
- Provide regular constructive feedback to direct reports and support them in the process of managing team performance.
- Assess training and development needs of the humanitarian emergency response team, develop and implement capacity building plans.
Coordination
- Ensure coordination with relevant actors in the intervention area.
- Ensure coordination within the subnational Cash Working Group and Shelter Cluster.
Work with implementing partners
- Oversee the work of partners in the field emergency humanitarian response.
- Support partners in the implementation of monetary projects.
- Conduct training and induction for partners on thematic issues.
- Monitor project implementation and budget use.
- Conduct monitoring visits.
- Provide support to the department for work with partners in checking documentation related to activities partners.
- Initiate meetings with potential partners in order to expand the partner portfolio.
About you:
To be successful in this position, we expect you to haveat least 5 years of project / program management experience and at least 3 years of HR experience. In addition, we also expect the following:Required
- Experience in program planning, implementation, monitoring, reporting, and evaluation.
- Fundraising, budget management, and donor reporting/accountability/compliance skills.
- Experience working in a complex emergency or complex security environment; poise and diplomacy.
- Experience in increasing the capacity of staff and local partners.
- Ability to prepare high-quality project proposals and reports in a short period of time.
- Fluent professional command of the English language (Level - C1)
- Confident use of Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Outlook/Exchange, Windows operating system.
