Project Manager (HR) in Metinvest

We are looking for a HR Project Manager.

What to do:

• Ensure the development of the corporate discount program: search and interaction with actual and potential partners, documentary support;
• Manage Service projects: market analysis, interaction with actual and potential contractors, budgeting, preparation of reports;
• To interact with the Group's enterprises in the direction of organizing corporate events: collecting and preparing the necessary documents for coordination of events with the management, monitoring the approved schedule of events;
• Organizing corporate events for the Management Company: preparation of the concept of business and corporate events, preparation and coordination of the necessary documentation.

Our expectations:

• Experience in HR, PR, advertising from 2 years;
• Experience in organizing corporate events, business conferences;
• Experience in selecting gifts, organizing greetings for partners and company employees;
• Ability to negotiate with partners;
• Experience in concluding contracts, working with documentation;
• A confident user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) font-style: normal">
