We are currently looking for a professional for the position of Project Manager (budgeting and costing) of the Department of Economics, Planning and Budgeting of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia", who is willing to contribute to the development of the budgeting and costing systems of the country's largest transport enterprise, foreffective management of state assets and development of Ukraine.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Implementation of the project on the construction and development of the budgeting system (from concept to automation);
• Implementation of the project on the development of the cost calculation system for railway transport, including development of a costing model;
• Comprehensive analysis of the activity of the enterprise and its divisions according to project directions;
• Setting up and coordinating the interaction of the financial function with the IT department, including preparation of technical tasks;
• Conducting meetings and presentations for communication with customers and project participants;
• Management of the project team;
• Development of middle managers on budgeting and costing, including conducting training sessions with participants.

  • Higher education of the first level with a master's degree in one of the fields: economics, finance. 
  • Experience in successful implementation of budgeting and costing systems;
  • Experience in successful development and implementation of modeling and analysis tools;
  • Proficiency in data collection, processing, analysis and modeling tools at a high level;
  • Own process description tools;

  • High level of knowledge in microeconomics, financial management and financial reporting standards;

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint.
