Project manager, head of construction projects in Specservis, PP

Under your control are projects with a total budget of hundreds of millions, autonomy in management and direct reporting to the COO. This role is for an experienced specialist who wants to influence the development of key social projects in the country. Therefore, we will choose the two best candidates for this position!

Your main responsibilities will be:

Supporting the full cycle of the project from its initial assessment to signing acts and fulfilling all obligations of the two parties to the project, and managing effective interaction("linking") of specialized departments in the project implementation process:

1. Strategic planning and project preparation:

• development of the overall project concept, including engineering solutions;
• formation of the project budget;
• formation of the project team: contractors, engineers, estimators, lawyers, tenders specialists, etc.;
• planning, task setting and organization of work stages of subordinate and related departments.

2. Management of the construction process:

• control over the execution of project documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements;
• organization of workers of the construction and installation department, contractors and subcontractors;
• control over compliance with construction deadlines, quality and budget;
• resolving technical and organizational issues arising during construction;
• management construction logistics, including cost controlconditions, terms, conditions of supply of materials and equipment.

3. Financial control and reporting:

• maintenance of financial records, control of project costs and revenues;
• cost optimization, search for opportunities to reduce the cost of construction.

4. Interaction with state authorities and obtaining documentation:

• control of timely signing of the AVR, communication with representatives, executive employees of the Customer.
• commissioning of the facility, obtaining all necessary acts and permits, interaction with technical supervision.

We will not be able to consider candidates without:

• Higher technical or construction education;
• Experience in budget construction;
• Implemented projects with a budget from 20mln UAH;
• Knowledge of the regulatory framework of building standards and technologies — work with state funding.
• Experience of work in construction at least 5 years;
• Experiencemanaging at least 5 objects at the same time.
• Ability to maintain planning schedules in MS Project (will be an advantage).
