Head of ICT risk management projects and programs in GLOBUS, KB, AT

We are looking for a manager of information and communication technology (ICT) risk management projects and programs for the head office.

Our new the employee will be engaged in:

• ensuring the timely identification of risks of information and communication technologies (hereinafter referred to as ICT);
• ensuring monitoring and prevention of violations of risk appetite indicators and risk limits regarding the Bank's ICT risk, monitoring the approach of risk indicators to the risk appetite and risk limits regarding ICT risk and initiating measures to prevent their violations;
• implementation of timely management decisions regarding ICT risk mitigation, constant analysis of ICT risks to which the Bank is exposed in the course of its activities, with the aim of preparing proposals for acceptance.
• developing and maintaining up-to-date methods, tools and models used by the Bank to analyze the impact of various risk factors on ICT risk;
• influence on decision-making that exposes the Bank to significant risks, and as necessary taking all possible measures to properly inform the Bank's Supervisory Board, the Operational Risk Management Committee, the Bank's Management Board in order to prevent such decisions;
• application of the requirements of the internal control system;
• application of operational risk management and control tools; 
• participation in outsourcing risk management processes, scenario analysis, stress test, business continuity planning;
• development and updating of GNI.

Requirements for candidates:

• knowledge of banking standards, procedures and processes;
• skills in risk analysis and modeling, operational risk analysis;
• analytical and logical thinking;
• ability to study and self-study;
• knowledge of legislative acts and normative documents regulating banking activity, instructions, regulations and documents of the National Bank of Ukraine on internal control, operational risk management, outsourcing risk and business continuity management.
