Ukrainian Network for Children's Rights (hereinafter - UMPD) was created to consolidate efforts and improve coordination between civil society organizations in Ukraine and their influence on state policy in the field of ensuring children's rights.

Task:ensuring project implementation in accordance with the program plan and budget.

Responsibilities:

  • ensure comprehensive planning of project implementation at all stages;
  • ensure implementation of project goals and objectives, in accordance with commitments;
  • participate in the development of the reporting process and further preparation of reports based on the results of project activities;
  • preparation and maintenance of relevant documentation within project, conclusion of contracts, memoranda, etc.;
  • organization and implementation of UMPD program plan activities within the framework of project work;
  • preparation of announcements, technical tasks and job instructions of team members;
  • selection of candidates for the project team, experts, conducting interviews and tests, approval of candidates with UMPD management and the donor;
  • conducting communication and organization of joint meetings with partners, stakeholders and donors involved in activities within the framework of the project;
  • services for the preparation of presentations and analytical materials related to activities within the framework of the project and international cooperation;
  • preparation of letters, including official, requests for consent to partners, stakeholders and donors in Ukrainian and/or English languages;
  • ensuring partnership interaction with the donor within the framework of project implementation;
  • ensuring compliance of all purchases within the project with the policies of the UMPD and the donor;
  • development, agreement with the donor and implementation of the project monitoring system, including collection mechanisms data, data quality and compliance checks, database development;
  • providing all conditions for passing project and organizational audits;
  • providing other professional services related to project implementation and international cooperation.

Requirements:

  • experience of implementing projects in a consortium
  • higher education (management or other related fields);
  • at least 3 years of previous experience in project management, including in the public sector;
  • experience of working with projects from international organizations;
  • experience of working with mass media will be an advantage;
  • knowledge and skills in project management, planning, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation, program and financial reporting, administration, project communications;
  • knowledge of legislation in the field of child rights protection and social protection;
  • awarenessin the field of local self-government;
  • leadership qualities;
  • diplomacy and developed communication skills;
  • readiness for business trips;
  • fluency in the Ukrainian language;
  • proficiency in English;
  • computer and technical literacy.
