In connection with the expansion of the team, we are looking for a Chief Project Engineer (on the Customer's side)

Your main duties will be:

• Verification and approval of project documentation;
• Organization and verification of the cost assessment of project solutions;
• Compilation of the design task, specifications and technical solution card (KTR);
• Organization and control of the development of project documentation by project organizations.
• Check and approval of PVR, technological maps.
• Issue comments and suggestions to project documentation.
• Incoming analysis of project documentation;
• Control and coordination of deviations from project solutions proposed by the general designer or subcontractors (causes, consequences);
• Organization of development and control of receipt of project documentation and its timely transfer to construction;
• Document circulation (archiving of project documentation);
• Participation in the preparation of technical tasks for tenders;
• Participation in project meetings;
• If necessary, the development of project solutions "on site" for issuance to the contractor with subsequent control in the executive documentation and entry in the general work log (if necessary) and in the author's supervision log (if necessary);
• Participation in the development of pre-concepts and construction concepts of promising projects.
• Ability to analyze and optimize technical solutions.

Requirements:

• Have a higher professional education;
• Have experience in implementing projects at the PP, EP, P and R stage (preferably commercial real estate, logistics complexes, business centers, office centers);
• Have excellent knowledge of current regulatory documents, modern engineering equipment and technologies;
• Mandatory knowledge of programs: Excel, Word, AutoCad;
• Proficiency in technical language, the ability to defend design decisions with arguments, the desire and ability to work in a team.
