What you need to do:

• supervision of departments in direction of lending to micro and small business clients;
• consulting branch employees on micro and small business credit products;
• preparation and defense of credit applications at the credit committee, support of the credit portfolio of micro and small business clients.  

This will require:

• experience of working in the Bank in servicing legal entities, understanding the process of lending to legal entities;
• skills in the analysis of the company's financial statements, experience in the presentation and defense of credit projects;
• orientation on the achievement of set goals, honesty, critical thinking, communicability.
