Project manager for research and development of new products in PepsiCo

Responsibilities:

• Set together with R&D manager NPD, Renovation, Productivity agenda for Ukraine Core portfolio based on consumer data analysis in accordance with  AOP, regulatory requirements and business needs.
• Lead AOP Innovation projects for UA and ensure full cycle of project execution from product development to in-plant production launch. Maintain cross-categories coordination within R&D team to assure each project is guaranteed to have specific technical support & compliance.
• Maintain necessary development / reapplication work to achieve project objectives
• Collect and maintain data on juice products at UA markets: portfolio structure, product and consumer insight, raw materials sourcing, regulatory requirements. Maintain in-depth study and sustainable knowledge of existing F&V products.
• Provide regular reports showing project status and progress; develop technical reports related to the projects: industrial trials, product validation, shelf-life testing, etc.

Qualifications:

1. Higher education: Technology of food production, technology of chemical production
2. Work experience - not less than 5 years at the enterprises of food industry
3. Special knowledge and skills:
   - knowledge of English at least Intermediate level;
   - PC skills: MC Word, MC Excel, Power Point, Internet Explorer
4. Knowledge of normative documents (external and internal)
