We develop web projects for affiliate marketing in iGaming, creating and optimizing websites with the goal of attracting traffic and converting visitors into customers. Our focus is on the overseas market, which offers huge opportunities for development and scaling.

We are looking for a cool full-time Tech/Team Lead to join our team! 🚀

Your Hard Skills:

— 5+ years of experience in a similar position;

—Experience in product development of 4+ years;

— 2+ years of team management experience within process and project management from the technical side;

- Deep knowledge of PHP (Laravel) and WordPress, as these are our main work stacks;

— Confident knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS and adaptive layout;

— Experience with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL);

—Knowledge of software development, including version control (Git, Bitbucket);

- Ability to test and integrate;

— Project management using the Kanban methodology: allocating tasks and prioritizing tasks, creating and updating task cards, monitoring task statuses, monitoring team workload and resolving bottlenecks in the work process;

- Constant communication with the team regarding the progress of tasks and the need to adjust plans.

Responsibilities:

Creation, control and optimization of team infrastructure:

—Configuration and optimization of servers, cloud solutions, backup systems and e-mail.

—Guarantee reliability and security of the entire technical infrastructure.

Management of a team of web developers:

- Management of a team of webmasters and developers to solve technical tasks.

- Organization of a growth system for employees, including evaluation of their skills and wages.

—A team of webmasters and programmers cover all the company's technical needs.

Technical support and task control:

— Theoretical technical support of SEO teams.

—Satisfying the needs of teams from the side of technical parameters of sites.

—Sample verification of the performance of webmasters and developers.

Recruiting and personnel development:

— Conducting interviews with candidates for technical positions.

— Implementation and supervision of employee development programs.

Strategic planning:

—Participation in strategic planning and scaling of the compher

—Forecasting and minimizing risks related to teams' technical infrastructure.

Process automation and technical optimization:

— Automation of key processes to increase work efficiency.

—Guarantee of continuous operation of sites and servers.

—Prevention of financial losses due to technical failures.

— Protection of site networks from identification by competitors.

Innovations and non-standard solutions:

- Curation of development of non-standard sites, scripts and products.

—Implementation of innovative solutions to increase the technical efficiency of the company.
