Requirements:

Experience from 1 year in the field of support, digital or IT projects
• Knowledge of the principles of chatbots and HelpDesk systems
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Sheets, BI)
• Basic understanding of integrations (API would be a plus)
• High communication skills
• Results oriented

Responsibilities:

Management of the "Digital Assistant" project from launch to full implementation
• Administration and updating of the knowledge base (FAQ, instructions)
• Ensuring integration with internal systems
• Analytics of bot usage
• Collection and analysis of feedback from pharmacies to improve the process
• Reporting
• Involvement in support processes.
