We invite to our team a Head of the Innovation Development Department of the IP Office (Ukrainian National Office of Intellectual Property and Innovation)?

Main requirements:

• full higher legal education;
• 3 years of legal experience;
• experience in the field of intellectual property;
• experience in preparing analytical materials, methodological documents and proposals for changes in legislation (intellectual property);
• experience in participating in projects for the development of an innovative ecosystem, commercialization intellectual property and technology transfer;
• knowledge of the Legislation of Ukraine in the field of intellectual property;
• fluency in the state language;
• knowledge of the English language at a level not lower than B1.

Main duties:

• analysis of the development of the innovation sphere and technology transfer, preparation of proposals for improving legislation;
• cooperation with stakeholders, participation in events for the development of the innovation ecosystem and startup initiatives;
• promotion of the development of the innovation ecosystem, support for the commercialization of intellectual property and technology transfer;
• management of document management, preparation of letters, preparation of analytical and methodical materials.

Working conditions:

• official employment from the first working day;
• work in an office near the Zvirynetska and Lybidska metro stations;
• work schedule: five days, 8:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. (8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Fridays);
