To meet our ambitious goals, we are looking for Project manager to our team in the Corporate Communications department. 
The mission of your role responsible for effectively managing and coordinating key internal communications and engagement department projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks within budget and timelines. The leader contributes to the improvement of the quality of communications and the involvement of employees, maintaining high standards of project management. 
In this role you will:< span style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">
Manage projects:

• Brothers take responsibility for 2-3 key projects, managing them from start to finish.
• Ensure a high level of quality of project execution, adhering to the established budget and deadlines.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary teams to achieve the set project goals.
• Manage resources, including the allocation of tasks and monitoring their execution
• Perform the role of project manager for other departmental projects, providing support and expert advice.
• Collaborate with other managers to ensure effective implementation of projects.
• Control compliance with project management standards and methodologies.

• Assist in the development and implementation of internal communications strategies.
• Liaise with various departments to ensure effective communication.
• Conduct internal meetings, presentations and trainings.

• Implement initiatives to increase the level of employee engagement.
• Analyze the effectiveness of employee engagement activities and develop recommendations for their improvement.
• Organize corporate events and programs to strengthen team spirit.

• Prepare reports on project progress.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting to ensure transparency and track results.
