Responsibilities:

• Coordination of teams and ensuring the fulfillment of assigned tasks.
• Drafting and maintaining detailed work plans, taking into account risks, dependencies and deadlines. Creating a RICE matrix.
• Work with priorities: identification, communication, planning (internal and external with product teams).
• Coordination of technical aspects with architects, developers, technical management and other stakeholders.
• Task progress monitoring, analysis and reporting.
• Managing priorities and coordinating them with other teams.
• Maintenance of project documentation and technical requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience in the field IT as a Technical PM.
• High level of organization, leadership qualities and proactivity.
• Analytical, systemic and critical thinking.
• Experience with releases involving multiple teams at the same time.
• Understanding of full cycle SDLC and Secure SDLC.
• Experience with BPMN and ability to use diagramming tools.
• Knowledge and experience of using Scrum/Kanban methodologies and classical project management principles.
• Excellent communication skills: finding compromises with interested parties, obtaining and clarifying all necessary information.
• English at the Intermediate level or higher.

Will be a plus:

• Experience working on projects with stable releases and real users.
• Work experience in a product company.
• Basic understanding of clouds, components of complex systems (Backend, Frontend, infrastructure).
• Basic understanding of current legal challenges (GDPR/CCPA-CPRA).
• Basic understanding of security standards/certifications (PCI DSS/ISO27k).
