Financial company "NovaPay" (group of companies " NOVA"), in connection with staff expansion, announces a competition for the vacancy Product Manager (money transfers) (Product Owner)

Requirements:

• knowledge of the current market situation regarding financial products in Ukraine and Europe: products, processes, channels, legal and compliance aspects, rules and regulatory requirements;
• knowledge of modern trends in the money transfer market in Ukraine and Europe;
• knowledge of product management methodology;
• knowledge of pricing principles and profitability of financial products;
• knowledge of project management approaches - ability to conduct a business analysis and describe the business process for implementation in offline/online sales channels;
• experience of successful implementation of at least one financial product;
• knowledge of tools for managing projects, describing business processes: Figma, Jira, Miro, Slack, etc.;

Main tasks:

• development of financial products from money transfers;
• launching and supporting the sale of money transfer products in online/offline channels on the Ukrainian market with and without opening an account for customers;
• interaction with the Company's partners, approval and signing of contracts regarding the launch of financial products in online/offline channels;
• implementation of the reporting system and control of business indicators for money transfer products;
• creation of financial models with the aim of improving business indicators;
• improvement of money transfer products and services according to user behavior (working with user profile and user cases).
