Project Manager / Coordinator of scientific projects (remote, full-time, 8 hours) in BIG TIME

Big Time is an international scientific platform that, since 2011, has been helping scientists from all over the world publish research in Scopus and Web of Science journals.
Among our clients are professors, rectors, research teams and scientists from 30+ countries.

Now we are at the point of transformation of internal processes and are looking for a strong project manager who wants to not just "lead projects", but grow into a leadership role with the system.

What will you do at the start

• coordinate scientific projects from start to publication;

• communicate with authors and accompany them to the result;

• work with the internal project management system;

• monitor statuses, stages and deadlines;

• interact with editors, translators and publishers.

Important: you do not "put out fires" alone. The company is currently implementing a new project management and automation system, and you are entering a moment when complex processes are translated into a clear, manageable structure.

Yes, we have projects with overdue deadlines and customers with complaints.
But:

• these cases do not fall on one manager;

• for them there is a separate logic of work and support from management;

• your task is to manage the situation, not to "extinguish emotions".

We are not looking for someone who "endures", butoh, who knows how to calmly make decisions in complex projects.

What opens up next (and this is key)

After 2-4 months of work, you:

• begin to influence the structure of processes;

• participate in improving services and approaches;

• can grow to the role of a manager direction or department;

• you work not only with projects, but with system architecture.

This is a position for those who want rapid professional growth, not just stable employment.

Requirements (without excess)

• basic English (with the possibility of growth in process);

• responsibility and the ability to manage several projects at the same time;

• the desire to understand and not work "according to a template".

It will be a plus:

• experience in project management;

• experience in the field of education, science or publishing;

• understanding project management systems (Trello, Asana, Planfix, etc.).

Conditions

• fully remote work;

• schedule: Mon-Fri, 8 hours;

• training and support at every stage;

• participation in the transformation of a real international system.

Payment:

• trial period (2 months)

• 1st month - 15,000 UAH.
