Project manager (construction) in Budkomplekt KR

Budkomplekt KR is a construction company engaged in erection/dismantling and earthworks. Invites a "Project Manager" to his team.

Responsibilities:

-Management of construction projects at all stages — from planning to delivery of the object

-Coordination of the work of contractors, foremen and suppliers.

-Maintenance of project documentation, preparation of reports.

-Interaction with customers, control of execution contractual obligations

-Organization and participation in work meetings

-Risk management and prompt resolution of current issues

Requirements:

-Understanding of construction processes, technologies and stages of work execution

-Skills of planning, budgeting and time control

-Ability to work with project documentation

-A confident PC user

-Communicative, responsible, result-oriented
