Your key tasks

1. Project management

  • Planning and coordination of work in Odoo projects
  • Communication between the team (BA, developers) and the customer
  • Conducting meetings, updating statuses, prioritizing tasks

2. Control of billing and time tracking

  • Checking reports on time spent (Timesheet)
  • Comparison of expenses with invoices
  • Control of additional requests and initiation of revaluation of volumes

3. Communication with clients

  • Building trust, support after launch, explaining changes in work models (for example, switching to Time & Materials)
  • Arguing the cost of work, preventing unjustified discounts Negotiations on contract extensions, sales of new service packages

4. Financial performance of projects

Requirements for the candidate

  • 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager in IT (ERP/CRM/SaaS - will be an advantage)
  • Knowledge and experience of working with the Time & Materials model
  • Experience of supporting B2B clients, ability to argue the cost of services
  • Confident English (intermediate+)
  • Analytical thinking, empathy and negotiation skills
