Project Manager (Business Automation) in Ajax Systems

The project manager will be responsible for the supervision and successful implementation of business process automation projects.

Responsibilities:

• Managing all aspects of business automation projects, including project scope and strategic requirements, roadmap planning, drafting budget, design, development, testing;
• Balancing between established business requirements, milestones, project goals, stated deadlines and implementation costs;
• Ensuring project strategy implementation; making management decisions to achieve timely and high-quality results of the project;
• Lead and manage project groups (own, other related groups involved in the project by external partners) and ensure operational efficiency;
• Anticipate, monitor, and satisfy the needs, interests, and requests of project stakeholders, as well as provide transparent, regular, and accurate updates and reports on project progress;
• Prioritize tasks and projects (under management) based on the collected business requirements;
• Manage the priorities of the team of analysts, teams of programmers working in project working groups;
• Keep reporting on project activities and on the activities of support teams

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of process automation experience;
• Knowledge of business processes of manufacturing companies;
• High level of English;

• Excellent analytical skills, negotiation and problem-solving skills;
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams.
