Project manager (banks, collection) in Inter-Risk Ukrayina, TDV

TDV "Inter-Risk Ukraine" is a specialized company that is part of the PKO Bank Polski group of companies and provides a full range of debt collection services at any stage of debt settlement.

The company has many years of experience in debt management, among our clients are leading banking, financial and insurance institutions of Ukraine.

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team.

Requirements:

• Analytical abilities, logical thinking, the ability to analyze and systematize information.
• Work experience in a similar position (banks, collection).
• Focus on results and desire to develop.
• Quick learning, attentiveness, responsibility, organization, systematicity, independence.
• Knowledge of MS Office - preferably Excel (VPR functions, IF, CONNECT, pivot tables), confident user of Microsoft Word.
• Basic knowledge of SQL will be an advantage (optional).

Duties:

1. Implementation of periodic information (sending of letters, sms-messages, IVM (voice messages)) taking into account the terms necessary for taking additional/necessary actions.

2. Development of letter templates based on the stage and taking into account the reaction/position (if there was one).

3. Forming the texts of SMS messages, sending SMS messages with the help of special technical means used in the Society.

4. Voice message recording, IVM forwarding.

5. Formation of a sample of cases in respect of which periodic information must be provided by forming a Report based on the selected criteria with the SPZ.

6. Control of deadlines for sending regular sms messages, IVM and letters.

7. Analysis of the effectiveness of the measures taken and making a proposal regarding the further work strategy, building a strategy for working with portfolios.

8. Timely forwarding of requests and receipt of documents.

9. Carrying out regular monitoring of work e-mail and sending replies to letters, requests.

10. Updating data in CRM (Delta M).

11. Formation of monthly reports, statistics for Clients.
