Our employee in this position:

• Organizes timely preparation of production, rational loading and operation of equipment
• Manages critical control points, in his area of responsibility, according to the HACCP plan
• Ensures continuous and technologically correct operation of equipment during the technological process in compliance with safety rules and norms
• Provides up-to-date technical and technological documentation unit
• Monitors compliance by employees with technological, production and labor discipline, rules and norms of labor protection, industrial sanitation and fire protection
• Prevents and eliminates the causes of production process violations
• Organizes work on training and advanced training of workers at production sites
• Conducts analysis of energy consumption, production cost, labor productivity on production, output of products, consumption of materials in accordance with established norms
• Follows the approved norms of production capacities in the manufacture of products, norms of output of products, packaging, etc.

• You already have work experience in a similar or related position (shop manager, shift foreman, technologist) for 2 years
• You understand the technological processes of the production of meat semi-finished products (will be an advantage)
• You know the technological process of food packaging
• You have skills in planning production tasks for a shift
• You have knowledge of management accounting documentation, reporting on the volume of packaged products, defects, used containers, etc.
• Do you have leadership qualities, the ability to organize and motivate a team
