Who are we looking for?

Project Manager who will manage 10+ marketing projects at the same time and build a PM system in the agency.

What will you do?
You plan and coordinate marketing projects (SMM, target, design, content, etc.)
Control deadlines, quality and team KPIs
Communicate with clients (status, reports, feedback)
Implement Agile/Scrum, optimize processes
Work with PM-tools (Asana/Notion/Monday)
Coordinate the team and distribute tasks

What required?

1+ years PM experience in digital/marketing
Understanding digital: SMM, targeting, metrics (CTR, CPC, ER, ROAS)
Agile/Scrum/Kanban - hands-on experience
Google Sheets, PM-tools - confident proficiency
Ukrainian — fluent, English — B1+
8+ projects simultaneously — no problems
Resistance to stress, organization, proactivity

Will be a plus: English language
Experience in agencies
