The Kateryna Osadchai Foundationis a charitable organization that emerged in response to a full-scale invasion to search for missing civilians and over time expanded its assistance to other vulnerable populations.

The team implements powerful projects, combining the efforts of the public and state sectors, business representatives, the media and the volunteer community around two areas:search for missing civiliansandsupport of children left without parents, in ch. development of family forms of education. In 2025, the Foundation opened a third direction:vocational guidance for teenagers from vulnerable population categories.

In 2026, the organization has planned a number of projects in each direction, therefore, it is expanding the team and is opening a competition for the position of middle+ project managers who are ready to implement ambitious projects of the Foundation key":

Terms of cooperation and co-creation, namely:

• Market motivation (we will be happy to discuss your financial expectations);

• Reliable (3+ years) experiencein managing projects of varying complexity from commercial to international. Willingness to provide a portfolio of implemented projects or activities "underkey" .
