Your responsibilities:

Strategy and team management

• Formation and approval of monthly targets.

• Coordination and team training.

• Approving individual employee plans.

• Conducting weekly planning meetings.

• Searching, adapting and training new team members.

• Creating and updating job instructions, motivations, regulations and interaction rules.

Communication with club members

• Conducting meetings and surveying members regarding the level of satisfaction.

• Providing follow-ups and following up with members.

• Attracting new members and conducting presentations in the office YBC.

by event projects

• Approval of the monthly event plan and weekly announcements.

• Calculation and approval of event budgets.

• Analysis of attendance and final statistics.

• Search and agreement of terms with speakers.

• Final approval of presentations and materials.

• Coordination of the processes of preparation and holding of large meetings.

• Involvement of third-party contractors: photographers, videographers, catering.

• Ordering a photo zone and special elements.

• Creating timing and scenario plan.

• Analysis of feedback after the event and preparation of conclusions.

Finance and document flow

• Calculation and issuance of employee rewards.

• Control of financial reports from accountable persons.

• Conducting oplat and control of planned expenses.

• Formation of CashFlow, P/L and weekly reports on the balance of funds.
