We are looking for a construction project manager in construction team!

Purpose of the position:

Management and full control from tender to completion of construction objects.  

Responsibilities

• Management of the construction project from start to finish.
• Work planning, control of the budget, deadlines and quality of execution.
• Coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, designers and other participants.
• Control of compliance with technical standards, labor protection and safety.
• Preparation of reports, acts of completed work, estimates.
• Interaction with customers, state bodies and internal divisions.

Requirements for the candidate

• Higher education in the field of construction, architecture or project management.
• Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years. deep technical knowledge and understanding of the construction process from concept to delivery.
• PC knowledge (MS Project, AutoCAD, 1C or other specialized programs).
• Ability to work with design documentation, estimates, financial accounting.
• Key skills — planning, budgeting, risk and team management, as well as leadership, communication, systematicity and focus on results.
• Own car.

Probationary period - 2 months. 
Motivation consists of: the base rate and a bonus from marginality on closed objects.

Subordination - to the director. 
Subordinated - engineers, vocational training, foremen, logistics, procurement, accounting.
