Director of Digital Transformation (CTO) in Red Cross Ukraine

The National Committee of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine (RCSC) announces a competition for the position of - Director of digital transformation

Red Cross Society of Ukraine is the largest humanitarian organization of Ukraine, which is one of the first to respond to all emergency situations in the country and provides assistance to those who need it most.

The goal of the head of the digital transformation departmentwill be to develop and implement a digital transformation strategy within the TCHHU, as well as control and ensure deployment of the ERP system.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of a strategic digital transformation plan
• Change management taking into account the digital transformations
• Coordinate ERP deployment
• Monitoring and periodic reporting on digital transformation progress
• Annual planning for digital transformation and innovation
• Understanding needs and digital context at the department level
• Documenting and analyzing work processes and business processes of each department
• Analysis of current performance at the department level processes
• Identifying change drivers, managing resistance to change and mitigating adverse risks
• Preparing a detailed ERP deployment plan together with the provider
• Acting as a liaison between IT and other departments and ERP deployment
• Developing KPIs to monitor overall transformation performance

Requirements:

• Master's degree in business, IT, project manager
• More than 5 years of experience in a similar position with ERP deployment
• Experience in IT with knowledge of accounting
• Operative understanding of digital transformations in organizations
• Proven project management experience
• High level of competencies in strategic thinking and design, knowledge sharing, consulting and facilitation, self-management, coaching, mentoring and facilitation.
• Proficiency in Ukrainian and English is required.
• In-depth understanding of the use of innovative tools and digital approaches
