Project manager at Brovary in Optima-farm, LTD

We are JV "Optima-Pharm LTD", a pharmaceutical giant with more than 2,500 employees and 11 warehouse complexes throughout Ukraine. But we don't stand still - we build! And now we are looking for a Project Manager who will keep our construction projects on schedule and under control.

What you will do:

• You will manage the full cycle of construction project implementation — from concept to deliveries;
• You will draw up detailed plans in MS Project (this is a must-have);
• You will maintain project documentation, schedules, budgets, time and quality control;
• You will coordinate the actions of contractors, suppliers, internal teams;
• You will prepare reports and presentations of work status for management;
• You will proactively solve any "construction challenges".

Our ideal candidate:

• Has a higher education (engineering, construction, technical advantage);
• Works confidently with MS Project - a project without a schedule is not a project;
• Has successful experience in managing construction projects;
• Knows the basics of project management;
• Can communicate, negotiate, organize and inspire the team;
• And most importantly, loves the result as much as the process.
