Join our team as an Account Manager!

• Communication with clients, establishment of long-term trust relations.
• Analysis of customer needs and provision of individual solutions.
• Primary analysis of bugs and requests, assignment of tasks to different sub-teams.
• Formation of technical TOR, communication with development teams.
• Control of deadlines and quality of work performance.
• Management documentation and reporting.

What you need to have:

• 2 years of work experience in the role of account /project manager in the AdTech or iGaming niche.
• Experience in communicating with clients.
• English at the upper-intermediate level.
• Multitasking, attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Experience working with technical teams.
• Knowledge of development processes, technologies, technical terminology and SDLC.

Will be a plus:

• Knowledge of development methodologies and experience in their implementation.
• Ability to build good working relationships in a team.
• Skills for solving and preventing conflict situations.
