• Support the Lead PM by owning and driving multiple projects end-to-end from project definition, requirements, planning, and through to project closure.
• Lead and own multiple cross-functional and complex projects, ensuring that scope is collected, tasks are defined, understood, delegated and delivered, and resources are allocated.
• Develop Project Delivery Plans. Provide feedback and thought partnership to Engineering and Quality Management processes.
• Provide timely reports and updates on Projects to key stakeholders within the company.
• Manage communication with partner teams, senior leaders, and executives and connect with Change Management where appropriate.
• Work closely with team members to foster a good continuously driving the projects forward.
• Contribute to product and MVP definition with Product Management.
• Set up the process framework for the Projects to achieve goals.
• Coach Teams on Project methodologies, Agile and Scrum.

Experience & skills:

• 3+ years experience in a Project Manager role, preferably within the gaming or tech industries, managing cross-functional and complex projects
• Prince2, Agile Foundation or similar qualification
• Enjoy building good internal relationships and can speak persuasively
• Actively enjoys working with people from different cultures and languages
• Proactive, always looking ahead and spotting potential problems
• Resilient in dealing with changing priorities and uncertainty
• Experience with Jira, Confluence and Monday.com
