In connection with the implementation of a project aimed at supporting family forms of upbringing and the development of social services in the city of Dnipro, we are looking forProject manager.
The project involves the implementation of comprehensive support for families in two districts of the city (Central and Novokadatskyi), including case management, psychological, educational and legal assistance, as well as capacity building of social workers and parents through training, supervision and coordination activities.
Each Project Manager is responsible for a separate district and coordinates the work of the local team (case managers and a psychologist), ensuring high-quality implementation of the project at the community level. 700">Requirements for the candidate:
- 2 years of project management experience;
- experience in coordinating teams;
- understanding or experience in the field of social services/child protection/family forms of education;
- experience of interaction with state structures and partners;
- understanding of the logic of grant projects and work with donors;
- experience in preparing reports;
- systematic, responsible and the ability to work with several processes in parallel;
- developed communication skills;
- readiness for regular business trips;
- understanding of ethical principles of working with vulnerable groups.
Your areas of responsibility:
- coordination of planning, implementation and monitoring of all program activities of the project in three regions;
- ensuring the implementation of the project accordingly to the approved plan, budget and donor requirements;
- management of the project team: coordination of the work of local coordinators, interaction with case managers, psychologists and other specialists;
- organization and control of the implementation of project activities, including trainings for specialists, supervisory meetings, interdepartmental coordination activities;
- quality control of case management (case management) and achieving results for beneficiaries;
- coordination of interaction with local self-government bodies, social services and other partners;
- maintenance of program documentation and preparation of internal and donor reportingthose;
- monitoring the implementation of project indicators and analysis of implementation efficiency;
- identifying risks and challenges in project implementation and implementing solutions to overcome them;
- participating in the development of new project applications and program solutions;
- ensuring compliance with child protection standards, ethical principles and humanitarian approaches at work.
