Customer service manager (with knowledge of the Polish language) in Tehnika ta Servis

The companyTechnology and Service - a network of service centers for repairing computer equipment, laptops, printers and peripheral equipment - is looking for a manager with Polish language for working with clients and partners.

Responsibilities:
- Consulting customers regarding service center services (online, by phone, in chats)
- Reception and processing of repair requests
- Communication with foreign customers and suppliers in English
- Coordination of terms, cost and status of repairs
- Customer management in the CRM system

Requirements:
Experience as a manager / administrator / in the field of service - will an advantage
Knowledge of the Polish language at a level not lower than Intermediate (B1–B2) — written and spoken
A confident PC user
