Project manager in MARINAC

We are a manufacturing company specializing in the development and manufacture of carriages for boats.

We are looking for an experienced project manager who will manage projects from the technical assignment to the transfer of the finished product to the client.

The vacancy is valid until 03/23/2026.

Main tasks:

• management projects from the client's request to the shipment of the finished carriage
• analysis of the technical task and participation in decision-making
• planning of the budget, terms and production resources
• team coordination: designers, production, procurement, logistics
• control of production and product quality
• communication with customers, suppliers and contractors
• solving technical and organizational issues in the process implementation
• control of completeness, deadlines and readiness for shipment

We are looking for a person who

• has experience in project management in production / mechanical engineering / metal structures
• can work with technical tasks, drawings and specifications
• has experience in working with budgets, deadlines and contractors
• can quickly accept decisions and be responsible for the result

It will be an advantage

• experience in the production of carriages / trailers / metal structures
• understanding of loads, materials, welding technologies
• experience working with technical documentation, 3D models or CAD systems
