Job description:

The "MaxiBud" group of companies is a team with 22 years of experience in the successful implementation of facade projects in Ukraine and abroad. Our portfolio includes a number of iconic objects, including: Kyiv (Zhulyani) airport terminals, Atmosfera shopping center, Tetris Hall residential complex, UNIT.City, French Quarter residential complex (building #5) and others. 

Main responsibilities:

1. Management of construction projects: planning, organization, control of implementation and completion of the project within the budget and deadlines;
2. Control of schedules for the execution of project documentation, production and installation work;
3. Coordination of the work of project participants;
4. Organization of the necessary document flow for the project: contracts, additional agreements, acts of completed work, executive documentation, etc.;
5. Communication with Customers and/or General Contractors: business correspondence, participation in meetings.

Working conditions:

1. Work schedule: Mon-Fri (09:00—18:00);
