Main tasks:

• coordinating the project and ensuring the achievement of its goals;

• promoting the protection of the rights and freedoms of IDPs, children, victims of war and other vulnerable categories;

• monitoring the implementation of activities and management project processes;

• organization of effective interaction of all project participants;

• control of daily work processes;

• preparation of reporting documentation, compliance with deadlines and donor requirements;

• coordination of cooperation with authorities, local self-government and public organizations;

• performance of additional tasks within project;

• observance of humanitarian principles and standards.

Requirements for candidates:

• higher education;

• experience in data management and project documentation;

• skills in organizing team work;

• confident user of Microsoft Office;

• relevant experience in process coordination and multitasking;

• ability to work independently and in a dynamic environment;

• ability to determine priorities and make informed decisions;

• previous experience in humanitarian or human rights organizations will be an advantage;

• high motivation, responsibility, attention to details.
