Community Protection Coordinator in Rokada, BF BO

BF BO "Rokada" is looking for a coordinator for protection at the community level. 

The protection coordinator performs the role of a focal point of the direction of protection at the community level, accompanies the implementation of activities and ensures that the principles of protection do not remain "on paper", but work in practice.

Main duties:

• coordination of protection measures and activities at the community level;
• interaction with communities, local partners, social workers;
• monitoring needs of beneficiaries and participation in response planning;
• ensuring compliance with the principles of protection and accountability;
• participation in the preparation of reports, analytical materials and working documentation;
• communication with the internal team and external stakeholders within the direction.

Our expectations:

• work experience in the field of social protection, humanitarian or public projects, preferably in a charity organizations;
• understanding of community-based protection approaches will be an advantage;
• ability to work with communities, listen to people and at the same time keep professional boundaries;
• coordination, process organization and documentation management skills;
• responsibility, attentiveness, ability to work independently;
• Ukrainian language, English - will be an advantage.
