Project manager in BAZHANE BTQ.

We are a Ukrainian premium segment clothing brand Bazhane.btq, which has been on the market since 2019. We have our own production, a boutique in the city center and a powerful online sales department. Our brand is represented not only in Ukraine, but also abroad: Vogue and Elle write about us, we held pop-ups in Paris and Milan.

Now we are actively developinge-commerce direction on the European market. The site, IT infrastructure and basic processes are already in place, and we are looking for a Project Manager who will take over the coordination and development of this project.

Your tasks will be:

• Manage the European e-commerce development project
• Form and update the project roadmap
• Control deadlines, priorities and dependencies
• Coordinate the work of Marketing / Growth Lead
• Control the launch of marketing initiatives and campaigns
• Organize the work of service areas: logistics and delivery, fulfillment and warehouses, legal and tax issues, orders and product movement
• Work with contractors (marketing, PR, agencies, freelancers)
• Control the execution of tasks, deadlines and quality
• Escalate risks and problems
• Prepare regular status updates for the CEO
• Fix decisions and agreements between teams

We will be infinitely happy if you:

• You have 3 years of Project Manager experience
• Worked with e-commerce or digital projects
• You know how to organize the work of various functions
• You understand the basics of digital marketing and sales funnels
• Structural, systematic and attentive to details
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
• Does not require micromanagement
• B2+ level of English
