Key tasks:

• Development of new card products: competitor market analysis, development of proposals for new product concepts, calculation of the financial model of the product for approval, consideration by collegial bodies of concepts, tariffs, interest rates, etc., preparation of business requirements for setting up a new product in the Bank's systems, at the Processing Center, cooperation with the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications regarding the organization of projects, development of materials for training the network about the new product, development of materials for the website
• Preparation and coordination for the approval of the GNI regarding card products and services
• Analysis of profitability and sales of new product
• Interacts with MSU (Visa, Mastercard):
• Support and development of the current product line
• Development and implementation of Promotions and programs, including with Bank partners
• Interaction with vendors of card blanks
• Development, development and support of additional services and products
• Organization of the work of management employees
• Participation in the development and implementation of marketing initiatives for the promotion of card products and services.

Knowledge:

• Legislation on the regulation of banking activity, payment services, payment products, banking operations, etc.
• Rules and requirements of international payment systems for card transactions, understanding of modern payment technologies.
• Fundamentals of project management and management projects.
• Main stages of product development, rules for forming business requirements, implementation and support of products.
• Principles of implementation of projects with processing centers (PC) and MPS.
• Main trends and directions of development of card products, services and services offered on the market.
