Requirements:

1. Possession of Ukrainian citizenship;

2. Having a higher education not lower than a bachelor's degree in a professional field;

3. No requirements for work experience;

4. Knowledge of current legislation on issues of service in local self-government bodies, organization and activities of these bodies;

5. Fluency in the state language;

6. Basic computer programs.
