Manager of the production and technical department in Isatex Invest Group

The construction company"Isatex Invest Group" invites to the team the manager of the production and technical department to support and coordinate construction projects at all stages of their implementation.

Main duties:

• Organization and control of the work of the production and technical department department

• Preparation, verification and maintenance of project and estimate documentation

• Analysis of project solutions, identification of technical risks and optimization of costs

• Interaction with designers, contractors, technical supervision and customers

• Control of compliance with building regulations, standards and execution schedules works

• Formation and maintenance of executive documentation

• Participation in the preparation of tender documentation and contractual materials

• Monitoring of the scope of completed works and their compliance with the project

• Preparation of technical reports and analytical reports for management

Requirements for candidate:

• Higher technical education (construction, engineering)

• Experience of working in the production and technical department of a construction company for 2-3 years

• Confident knowledge of construction standards and regulations (DBN, DSTU)

• Experience of working with project-estimating and executive documentation

• Confident use of AutoCAD, Excel, MS Office (estimation programs are an advantage)

• Analytical thinking, attention to detail

• Ability to work with large amounts of information and within tight deadlines

• Communication, responsibility, organization
