Project Manager in PRO.people Recruitment Agency

In connection with the active growth of teams and the development of internal processes, it opens the position of HR Project Manager - a role with a project approach and a focus on systematizing HR processes and supporting sustainable business growth.

Role tasks:

• Development and automation of key HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, adaptation, document management.
• Development, implementation and regular updating of internal regulations and policies.
• Implementation of end-to-end HR projects with control of deadlines, quality and achievement of results.
• Cross-functional interaction with teams (HR, finance, lawyers, IT, management).
• Preparation of status reports and progress presentations HR projects.
• Ensuring compliance and control of the correct execution of HR documentation. (contracts, NDA, orders, etc.)
• Participation in the implementation and improvement of the CRM system, tools and processes.

What is important to us:

• Experience as a Project Manager / Coordinator / Operations Manager(in HR will be an advantage).
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in project management: planning, work with deadlines, communication, execution control.
• Ability to work with various task management systems (Notion, Jira, Trello, Confluence, etc.)
• Skills for preparing reports in the form of tables and presentations
• (Excel / Google Sheets)
• English language - from level B1
