Personal Brand Manager (Crypto/Web3) in Cyber Bee

We are a Web3 / blockchain development company that works with crypto startups, protocols and ecosystems at various stages of growth.

Our team helps launch and scale Web3 products - from architecture and smart contracts to tokenomics, MVPs and full-fledged ecosystems.

We are looking for someone who can:

• work with personal brands of founders in crypto/Web3

• form clear opinions, insights and positioning

The role is part-time, with a flexible workload.

What we expect from the candidate

Required:

• 2+ years relevant work experience with:

  • personal brands (founders / C-level)

  • Web3 / crypto / tech

• Confident content creation and copywriting skills

• Deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem: DeFi, tokens, startups, funds, founders

• Practical experience with Twitter (X) and LinkedIn

English: B2 or higher, written

Will be a plus:

• Experience of working directly with founders or investors

  
  

Responsibilities:

- Management of Twitter (X) and LinkedIn accounts of founders:

• generation of ideas for tweets and threads

• writing and editing content

• transforming the thoughts of founders into understandable posts

- Participation in discussions:

• commenting on the posts of other founders and C-level managers

• networking on Twitter and LinkedIn

- Helping in formation:

• positioning

• key topics

• personal brand narrative

• Tracking performance metrics and optimization of outreach strategies
