Project manager in ART-KOMFORT, OOO

ART-COMFORT company is a leading provider of engineering services. We specialize in the design, installation and maintenance of ventilation and air conditioning systems for various types of buildings, including office premises, shopping centers, hotels, restaurants and industrial complexes.

We are looking for an energetic, motivated Project Manager to join the team, who is ready to independently implement new projects and successfully support existing projects. If you have experience in effective planning and the skills to effectively coordinate customers, contractors and a team of internal specialists, you are our best candidate!

Main requirements:

• Implementation of projects from start to finish, including planning, resource organization and quality control.
• Interaction with customers, contractors and a team of internal specialists to ensure the successful implementation of projects.
• Ensuring compliance with project deadlines, budget and customer requirements.
• Resolving ongoing issues and preventing risks that arise during project implementation.
• Ensuring project reporting and documentation.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Higher education in engineering, construction or related fields.
• Ability to manage projects, including planning, resource organization and quality control.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• High responsibility and result orientation.
