Project manager in Nova poshta

What needs to be done:

• Development and management of the release plan (release roadmap, calendar updates of SOP, CRM, service processes;
• Change management - description, coordination, implementation control (change requests, impacts, dependencies);
• Performance of PMO functions - monitoring the implementation of plans, preparation of status reports, organization of status meetings;
• Coordination of changes between business, CRM/IT, contact center, sales- and product teams;
• Preparation of communication packages (newsletters, SOP updates, change announcements);
• Maintenance of change dashboard and reporting in Jira;
• Responsibility for debugging and technical support of office infrastructure

We expect from you:

• Experience in the role of PMO / Change Manager / Project Coordinator / Business Analyst in large companies (preferably logistics, fintech, eCommerce, B2B);
• Experience in coordination between business and IT teams (CRM, ERP, process systems);
• Practical work experience with Jira;
• Ability to prepare reports, timeline plans, project statuses;
• Skills in structuring processes, writing short SOPs, CJMs, communication messages;
• Knowledge of Confluence, Power BI or similar systems (will be an advantage).
