The company "Naftogaz Digital Technologies" (the main shareholder is OJSC "Naftogaz of Ukraine") is an insourcing center and IT competence center for all companies of the Naftogaz Group.

In connection with the expansion of the team of the new project, "Naftogaz Digital Technologies" is looking for a Project Manager

We are looking for a candidate:

• Higher education (technical or economic).
• Experience in managing projects for automation of business processes / implementation of industrial solutions for at least 5 years (as a project manager).
• Experience in managing several projects at the same time and a team of more than 15 participants.
• Knowledge and understanding of management principles projects.
• Understanding the principles of calculating economic indicators.
• Knowledge and practical skills of working with the full software development cycle (SDLC).
• Skills and practical application of Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid project management methodologies.
• Experience in conflict management in projects.
• Ability to convey technical details and nuances to the interlocutor without a technical background background.
• Experience with software: MS Office (Power Point, Word, Excel, Project), Jira, Trello (or similar).
• Ability to clearly and clearly express your thoughts (oral and written).
• The level of English is not lower than Intermediate.

Availability of PMI/PMBOK certification.

Responsibilities

• Management of projects (development of plans, budgets, setting of tasks, control of their execution).
• Communication with the Customer, business users, management of companies that are part of the Naftogaz Group Management of the project team.
• Progress monitoring performance of tasks and meeting estimates and deadlines
• Participation in the selection of suppliers, negotiations, conclusion of contracts.
• Risk management and proactive work with blockers, external dependencies.
• Calculation of economic effects Interaction with subcontractors.
• Preparation of periodic (weekly, monthly) project reporting.
• Working with motivation, development and team balance.
